In this class taught by Karen Athens for beginners, students will explore watercolor supplies and techniques while building a strong foundation in sketching and drawing to create finished watercolor paintings inspired by florals and leaves. Through instruction and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to develop their ideas from initial sketches to completed works.  Basic supplies are included; however, students are encouraged to bring a notebook for class notes and any personal watercolor materials they enjoy working with.
