What is abstraction? How do we start? How do we judge? This class will cover the big questions of abstract painting, by painting! Exercises, brainstorming, and thumbnails sketches will encourage conversations on composition and design. Execution and challenges will help students make their own abstract paintings while learning both technique and concept. All Supplies included: canvass, paints, etc
