Travel and picture-taking go together like peanut butter and jelly, but it’s no fun returning home from your journeys with disappointing “snapshots.” Help is here! This 4-session class will give you information, tips, and tools that will both inspire and enable you to make far better, more creative vacation and travel photos, no matter how you capture them (phone camera, point-and-shoot or high-end DSLR).
You’ll “learn by doing” as you shoot several class-related photo “assignments” and view the results during collaborative in-class reviews. Most anticipated is a very fun “group shoot” on Saturday, July 18 in which class participants will collectively scour a nearby travel destination for intriguing shots. You’ll come away from this class with highly sharpened photographic vision as you raise the bar for what makes for a “good” travel photograph.
Please Purchase: “The Travel Photography Book,” by Scott Kelby and published by Rocky Nook. This is a paperback-only publication (no hard-bound book, but there is a Kindle version). New and used copies are available on Amazon
