Wilson Center Class Policies
Class Materials
All necessary materials will be provided by the Wilson Center unless otherwise noted. Supply lists will be sent out when classes have reached the required amount of students to run, no less than one week before the class start date. A variety of materials are used in our classes. While they are safe to handle, note that some can permanently stain clothing. Students are encouraged to dress appropriately or bring a smock, old t-shirt, etc. as needed.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, please call the Wilson Center at 262-373-5023 for cancellation/closing information. If a class is canceled due to weather the Education Manger will follow up with information in regards to whether the class will be rescheduled or not.
Cancellations, Withdrawals & Refunds
All Cancelations will include a $5.00 minimum processing fee per class participant. *with exception to classes canceled by the Wilson Center.
Cancellations received one-two weeks prior to the class start will incur a $25.00 processing fee per class participant.
No refunds or tuition credit will be given the week before the class or once the session has begun.
The Wilson Center reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, any tuition paid will be refunded in full and any registered students will be notified by email or phone.
