Inducted into the Downbeat Hall of Fame in 2013 as its youngest member and only the fourth guitarist (joining Django Reinhardt, Charlie Christian, and Wes Montgomery), Metheny’s versatility is nearly without peer on any instrument. Over the course of more than four decades, he has set himself apart from the jazz mainstream, expanding and blurring boundaries and musical styles. Joining Metheny for a night of music from throughout his celebrated career will be world-renowned drummer Antonio Sanchez, Malaysian/Australian bassist Linda Oh, and British pianist Gwilym Simcock.
