Education Coordinator (part-time)

We are presently seeking an organized, enthusiastic, tech-savvy person with an interest in the arts to help the Wilson Center in its education and engagement efforts. The part-time role of Education Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engagement in developing, implementing, and expanding education initiatives for the Wilson Center, including classes, camps, school and family programs.


Vice President-Development & Finance

We are presently seeking a Vice President-Development & Finance to direct all aspects of financial development at the Wilson Center.


Annual Fund, Grants, & Foundation Manager

We are presently seeking an organized, enthusiastic, tech-savvy person with an interest in the arts to help the Wilson Center in its fundraising efforts in the role of Annual Fund, Grants, & Foundation Manager.


House Manager (part-time)

We are presently seeking an outgoing part-time House Manager to provide the highest levels of customer service to all Wilson Center audience members, class attendees, group leaders, outside rental clients, supporters, and visitors. Hours will vary from week to week; this is a flexible position that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Bartender (part-time)

The Wilson Center is seeking friendly, part-time licensed bartenders to serve patrons at performances and other events. Hours will vary from week to week; this is a flexible position that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Lead Bartender (part-time)

The Wilson Center is seeking friendly, part-time licensed bartenders to serve patrons at performances and other events. Lead Bartenders have additional experience and will assist with managing bartenders, monitoring inventory, and handling cash. Hours will vary from week to week; this is a flexible position that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Events Assistants (part-time)

The Wilson Center has positions open for Events Assistants who will communicate with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams to execute events. Over-hire work is part-time and paid per hour (commensurate with experience). Looking for individuals who have superb-client facing skills, dynamic, confident and clear communicators, self-directed, accountable to the big picture, and problem-solvers.
