TICKET DONATION REQUEST FORM - WILSON CENTER
The Wilson Center is pleased to consider requests for ticket donations to other organizations. While we would like to grant all ticket requests, we receive numerous donation requests each week. In order to assist us in fulfilling your request in a timely fashion, please note the following:
Due to our large volume of requests, we only accept donation requests via the below form or mail (attn: ticket donation request, Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts, 3270 Mitchell Park Drive, Brookfield WI 53045). Please no requests by phone or email.
It is the Wilson Center's policy to donate tickets only to organizations with a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax ID number.
Organizations may only receive one donation per calendar year. All requests should be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the donation deadline for the event.
If we are able to fulfill your request, you will receive a ticket voucher for two (2) tickets to any one (1) performance for the current season of Wilson Center presented performances.
Once you have completed the below form, if you have a donation letter/form that needs to be completed, you may email that to us at boxoffice@wilson-center.com. Please reference both the name of your organization and the name of your event.
