Where is the Hidden River Art Festival?

FROM THE WEST:

  • Take 94 East to exit number 297 (18/JJ Bluemound Road West).
  • Follow the sign that says 18 East/JJ West /Bluemound Road (the road curves to the right).
  • At the top of the curve, follow the sign for 18 East.
  • Get into the left lane and turn left at the stoplight onto 18 East.
  • After this turn, turn left (north) at the next stoplight onto Highway Y/Barker Road.
  • Follow Barker Road north, past North Avenue (stop sign) until reaching railroad tracks.
  • Immediately after the railroad tracks, turn right onto River Road.
  • ¼ mile down on River Road, turn left onto Mitchell Park Drive.

The Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts is in the middle of the park on the right, past the City of Brookfield's Park Pavilion.

OR

  • Take Hwy 16 east to Capitol Drive (Hwy 190).
  • Continue east past Barker Road.
  • ¼ mile after Barker Road is a park entrance to the south. Turn right at this entrance onto Mitchell Park Drive.
  • This road takes you through Mitchell Park. Proceed past the Elmbrook Little League Diamond and beyond the grove of trees to the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts.

FROM THE EAST:

  • Take I-94 East to Barker Road/Bluemound Road, exit number 297.
  • Take the Highway Y/Barker Road exit.
  • Follow Barker Road north, past North Avenue (stop sign) until reaching railroad tracks.
  • Immediately after the railroad tracks, turn right onto River Road.
  • ¼ mile down on River Road, turn left onto Mitchell Park Drive.

The Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts is in the middle of the park on the right, past the City of Brookfield's Park Pavilion.

OR

  • Take Hwy 45-South to Capitol Drive West (Hwy 190).
  • Continue west on Capitol Drive past Brookfield Road. (Landmarks are Soeren's Ford to the north and Towne Center Shopping Center to the south.)
  • ½ mile past Brookfield Road, there are two exits to the south. Turn left at the second exit onto Mitchell Park Drive.
  • This road takes you through Mitchell Park. Proceed past the Elmbrook Little League Diamond and beyond the grove of trees to the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts.
