This is a cabaret-type show featuring Mrs. Wilson singing a storyline of songs from the Great American Songbook that loosely move through her life. Mrs. Wilson will be backed by at least four professional musicians and two to three back-up singers.

Young singers from around the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico will compete for cash prizes and the chance to perform I the Grand Finals Concert on the nation’s most prestigious opera stage—the Metropolitan Opera House. Opera legends such as Renee Fleming, Deborah Voigt and Ben Heppner are all past participants of this exciting competition. Don’t miss your chance to watch it happen right before your eyes.

Emergence is a showcase performance of the Milwaukee Ballet School Summer Intensive Program. After 6 weeks of of study at MBS, students from around the world will present works in classical ballet, contemporary ballet, jazz, and African Dance.

Length/Intermission(s): 1 1/2 hours with one 15 minute intermission
Ticket Information: $25 full price and senior citizens; $15 children ages 4 to 12 years old
