March 21, 2011
Produced by Kennedy Center Theater for Young Audiences
Grades PK−2 • 60 minutes

Thank you for joining us!

Calamity strikes during a simple trip to the Laundromat with Daddy, Trixie, and her beloved Knuffle Bunny. Based on the Caldecott Honor book by Mo Willems, the story is a celebration of firsts: a stuffed animal’s first trip in the laundry, a little girl’s first words, and a Daddy’s first time dealing with a child expressing her true feelings.
