September 19 - 20, 2015  |  10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Located in Brookfield’s Mitchell Park, the Festival features more than 100 artists from across the Midwest! Exhibiting artists work in a variety of mediums—including photography, painting, jewelry, ceramics, fiber arts, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, and more. In addition to artist workshops and demonstrations, a Gallery Showcase, the Emerging Artist Exhibition, and a silent auction featuring the artists’ work, this year’s festival will feature artwork by 2015 Pfister Artist-in-Residence finalists, and an exhibition of work by 2011 and 2013 HRAF Best-in-Show award winner Peter Ciesla will be on display in the Ploch Art Gallery.

New this year! Adults, children, and families will also be able to participate in a hands-on, collaborative collage workshop led by RedLine Milwaukee resident artists. The community collage that is created will be displayed at the Wilson Center at a later date.

The Hidden River Art Festival attracts more than 3,000 art-engaged visitors each year. Artists from Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, and South Dakota are encouraged to apply. The weekend includes jury awards totaling $2,000.

The final deadline to apply was 4-27-15 @ 11:59 pm. If you have any questions about exhibiting at the Festival, please call us at 262-373-5023.
