Contracted time will include two (2) hours of set-up for caterers. The last hour of the rental is reserved to allow for decorations, guests, etc., to exit the building before or at the contracted end time. Overtime charges will be incurred for any time that is needed after contracted end time. Table and chair delivery and pick up may be scheduled outside of the contracted time depending on building availability. All deliveries must be scheduled through the Events Department. Catering clean-up time is not included as part of the contracted time.
All events require a minimum deposit of 50% of the estimated rental fee plus security deposit. These deposits are due at the contract signing. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event. When the event is less than 90 days from the contractual date, the full balance will be due with the signed contract.
Any additional onsite fees (excessive cleaning, overtime charges, damaged property, etc.) will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance refunded. If charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the client will be billed after the event and the balance is due 30 business days from date of receipt.

• Box Office Services: The Wilson Center handles all printing and selling of tickets, including online ticketing for events held at the Center: $300.00 initial set-up fee. Additional fees may be charged for ticketing multiple performances.
• House Manager and Ushers are included with Performance rentals. Additional Front of House staffing to be determined by WC Events Department
• One Technician is required with the use of any technical equipment. Additional labor to be determined by WC Technical Director. All general labor will be billed at $30/hr with a four (4) hour minimum.
