Development Director

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated professional who will lead our development efforts.  The position reports to the Executive Director and works cooperatively with the ED on fundraising initiatives. This is a full-time position with two direct reports and in coordination with the various volunteer committees (corporate sponsorship, annual membership, special events), develops, implements, and manages a comprehensive development plan.

 

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree. Minimum five years experience. Demonstrated strength in strategic cultivation planning and tactical implementation, database management or supervision, grant writing, and special events management. Experience with cultivating and soliciting donors of $5,000 and higher preferred. Candidates will need to be able to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, especially volunteers.

Theater Technicians

The Wilson Center has ongoing opportunities for Theater Technicians. Over-hire work is part-time and paid per hour (commensurate with experience). Come and join our professional team!  Please contact Rollie Layman, ATD, at rlayman@wilson-center.com for more information.
