Class Policies and Procedures

All students must provide payment at time or registration, either in the form of check, cash, or credit card number.

Payments will not be processed until the class is confirmed to run. After this time, refunds will not be provided for cancellation (some exceptions may apply). If a class is cancelled, you will not be charged.

The decision of whether a class runs will depend on enrollment, and this decision will be made at least one-week prior to the class start date.

If supplies are not included with the class, then students will be expected to provide their own supplies. A supply list will be provided after registration.

It is recommended that students do not purchase any supplies until after the class has been confirmed to run.

All students will be notified at least one week prior to class start date as to whether a class will run or not. If you do not receive an email, please call to confirm your class by calling (262) 373-5023.

In the case of heavy snow or inclement weather, the Wilson Center reserves the right to reschedule classes.
