Wilson Center Policies and Procedures

PAYMENT

Tuition payment is due at the time of registration; registration will not be processed until full payment is received. Payments can be made in the form of check, credit card, or cash.

DISCOUNTS

Wilson Center BackStage Society members at the Patron level and above receive discounted tuition (see individual class listings for fees). To learn about becoming a BackStage Society member, call the Wilson Center at (262) 781-9470 x 5028.

CLASS SUPPLIES

All materials are included unless otherwise noted.

CONFIRMATIONS

A confirmation letter will be mailed, with credit card receipt if applicable. Please provide a valid e-mail address to receive your confirmation via e-mail and help us save postage costs!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration closes one week before the start of a class. Register promptly to assure your space!

CANCELLATIONS

The Wilson Center reserves the right to cancel any class if it does not meet minimum enrollment. Students will be notified if a class is canceled and will receive a full refund.

If a student cancels their registration, a $25 administrative fee will be retained by the Wilson Center. No refunds or tuition credits will be granted after the first day of class.

The Wilson Center admits students of any race, creed, color, national origin, religion, age and sex.
