Where are you located?
The Wilson Center is located on Mitchell Park Drive, just south of Capitol and 198th, between Brookfield Road and Barker Road. For more detailed directions, use the interactive map located here, or call the Box Office at 262-781-9520.

When do future performances go on sale?
Subscriptions for the coming season typically go on sale by the end of March, and we also begin taking group ticket reservations at that time. Single tickets to all Wilson Center presented performances for the coming season typically go on sale in early August. Ticket on-sale dates for outside rental performances will vary and are at the discretion of the presenting organization. How can I purchase single tickets?
- Purchase your tickets online.
For your convenience, internet ticketing is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week until 11:59pm the night prior to the performance. Tickets must be paid for at the time of order using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Internet orders are assessed the $2 per ticket facility fee, a $5 order processing fee, and an internet service fee equal to 10% of the ticket cost.
- Purchase over the phone.
You may purchase tickets over the phone during Box Office hours at 262-781-9520. Phone orders must be paid for at the time of order via credit card. Phone orders are subject to the $2 per ticket facility fee and a $5 per order processing fee.
- Purchase in person.
Tickets may be purchased at the Box Office window during Box Office hours. Tickets must be paid for at the time of the order using cash, check, or credit card. All tickets are subject to the $2 per ticket facility fee. No additional order processing fees are assessed for in-person purchases.
Why do I not see information on your website about an upcoming performance?
In addition to our presented performances, the Wilson Center also rents our venue to outside organizations for performances and events. In most cases, tickets for these performances are still handled through our Box Office and therefore appear on our website. However, if an outside rental event is not ticketed, or if they are not using our Box Office to sell tickets, then the event may not appear on our website. We would recommend that you visit the organization's website to learn where tickets may be purchased.
When are tickets mailed?
Single tickets purchased less than one week prior to a performance will be held at Will Call. Tickets purchased more than one week prior to a show will automatically be mailed unless otherwise requested.
What happens if I misplace my tickets?
If you are unable to locate your tickets prior to a performance, please contact the Box Office at 262-781-9520. Your tickets will be reprinted and held at Will Call under the last name of the original ticket purchase; photo ID will be required to pick up the tickets.

What are the best seats?
Whether you are sitting in The Harris Theater or the Dawes Studio Theater, all seats have close proximity to the stage. You may select your seats based on current availability whether you purchase online, over the phone, or in person, and our Box Office staff is happy to assist you with recommendations based on what you describe as your seating preferences. Do you offer group discounts?
For Wilson Center presented performances, discounts are available for groups of 10 or more. Group discounts on outside rental performances and events ticketed through the Wilson Center Box Office are at the discretion of the presentation organization. Is your facility wheelchair accessible?
The Wilson Center is ADA compliant. We have a limited number of wheelchair-accessible seats. Please let the Box Office representative know that you will need accessible seating at the time of purchase.
What is your refunds and exchange policy?
We regret that we cannot offer refunds. All single ticket purchases are final and cannot be exchanged. Subscribers may exchange their subscription tickets free of charge. All tickets for Wilson Center presented performances may be returned to the Wilson Center Box Office for a tax-deductible donation; tickets must be received at least 24 hours prior to the performance to be eligible for donation. We are not able to offer a donation on tickets for outside rental performances and events.
What is your weather policy?
In the event of inclement weather necessitating a cancellation/reschedule, all patrons would be notified no less than three hours prior to any event ticketed through the Wilson Center Box Office, and an announcement would be posted at the top of the Wilson Center website. When you are contacted, a Box Office representative will discuss your ticket options with you.
Can I bring children?
Patrons are discouraged from bringing any child under six years of age to performances, unless that particular performance is geared toward or appropriate for younger audiences. Please call the Box Office at 262-781-9520 for information about the appropriateness of a given performance for young children. For ticketed events, all patrons require a ticket, regardless of age. A complimentary voucher will be issued by the Box Office staff (upon request) if the child will be sitting in an adult’s lap at all times. If a patron wishes to have the child sit in their own seat, or in an infant car seat, a ticket must be purchased.
When should I arrive for a performance?
It is recommended that patrons arrive no less than 15 minutes prior to the start of a performance. This allows for time to park the car, check your coat, pre-order your intermission beverage, and locate your seat.
What happens if I arrive late?
To reduce interruption to artists and patrons, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. For some performances, this may not be an option until the first intermission.
Can I take pictures/video of performances?
Unless otherwise explicitly stated at the start of a performance, photography and videography are not permitted.
