Pilates (ages 14+)
An exercise system that places an emphasis on your “core” muscles, which includes stomach, back, buttocks, arms, and legs together with deep breathing. This technique encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch, strengthen, stabilize, and increase range of motion of all joints without adding bulk.

Beginning Tap II (ages 14+)
Sharpen reflexes, improve memory skills and coordination. Students will establish fundamental tap movements and vocabulary and will work on basic rhythms and steps that will progress into fun and lively dance combinations. Students will also work to develop musicality, timing, balance, and quick weight shift, all important elements of tap dance. This class is appropriate for students with knowledge of basic tap skills and terminology.

Beginning Hip Hop (ages 14+)
A high-energy dance form that uses the latest sounds in R&B and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today's hottest video choreographers. Hip hop encompasses movement that has elements of poppin', locking, and breaking as well as freestyle movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style.
