Winner of the 2008 PianoArts Competition, with dazzling virtuosity and mature artistry, Sejoon Park performs familiar classics by the great masters of the keyboard from J. S. Bach's exhilarating Italian Concerto to Chopin's beloved Sonata No. 2, including the world's most famous funeral march, to Rachmaninoff's breath-taking and demanding Sonata No. 2. Also included is Mozart's exquisite Sonata, Köchel 576, and The Lark by Glinka-Balakirev.

Past winners of this contest, designed in part to prepare young pianists to educate audiences about classical music, have gone on to study at some of the best music schools in the nation, including Juilliard and Curtis, and to perform with organizations such as the Ravinia Rising Stars Concert Series and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
