Dinner Party, Ballet & Musicians

• Choose between two dates for your dinner party: Saturday, July 19 or Saturday, July 26.  
• Please select your date by Friday, June 20
  
• Chef Partner Dustin Green would like to have a meet and greet at your home earlier in the day of selected date to view the kitchen/workspace. Contact Kara Roeming at the Wilson Center to arrange.  If you are and your guests are interested in having a cooking session with the Chef, he would be happy to do so.
  
• Fleming’s will provide 2 servers with catering experience, 50 wine glasses, 2 silver platters, decanters and printed menus for your guests.
  
• Please review the menu for any allergy concerns.
  
• Contact the Wilson Center to arrange for pick up of your napkins rings & salt and pepper shakers.
  
• Contact the Wilson Center to coordinate the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra Members. The musicians will be available for 3 hours. If you would like, the musicians will provide a performance as well as background music.
  
• Your flowers will be handled by the Wilson Center and delivered to your home on your selected date.
  
• You will receive your GIGI of Mequon certificate the night of the Gala.
  
• Once your date is selected, the Wilson Center will arrange for your limo service from Elm-Brook Limousine Service.
  
• You must select your Sleeping Beauty performance as soon as possible in order to ensure the best seats and to schedule your meet and greet (contact Kara Roeming with your selection by June 20). The dates of the performances are October 23–26, 2008 at the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts.
